City Hall's normal hours of operation are between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday, excluding
holidays. Any work orders that are submitted via this form outside of this time frame will be scheduled
with the appropriate city work crew as soon as possible.
It should be noted that the types of work orders that are allowed to be submitted via the Web site are
limited. This is due to the fact that emergencies, such as a gas leak or damaged sidewalks, should be
submitted verbally as soon as possible by calling City Hall at (985) 385-1770.
The City of Morgan City is not liable for any accidents associated with the abuse of this system, such
as attempting to report an emergency using this form instead of calling it in immediately.
